How much does real estate photography cost?
REV Studio packages are based on property type: $180 for apartments/condos (15+ edited photos), $200 for townhouses (20+ photos), and $220 for houses up to 2,500 sqft (25+ photos). Prices are the same in Vancouver and Toronto.
How fast will I receive my photos?
Within 24 hours of the shoot. Shoot today, list tomorrow.
Are the photos edited?
Yes — every single photo is professionally edited: HDR exposure blending, colour correction, vertical correction, and sky enhancement where needed. We never deliver raw, unedited files.
Do you offer Matterport 3D virtual tours?
Yes. A Matterport 3D tour is $200 +GST, or $240 +GST bundled with a floor plan. Additional floors are $100 +GST each.
Do you make floor plans?
Yes — black & white, colored, and 3D floor plans, from $210 +GST (or $240 +GST bundled with a 3D tour).
What is virtual staging and how much does it cost?
Virtual staging digitally furnishes empty rooms so buyers can picture the space. It costs $35–55 per photo, with realistic modern furniture matched to the room style.
Do you offer drone / aerial photography?
Yes, aerial exterior photography is +$160 per listing (where flight rules allow).
Do you shoot twilight photos?
Yes — dusk exterior shots are +$120 and are one of the most effective ways to make a listing stand out.
Do you make listing videos?
Yes: a cinematic 2-minute 4K film for +$500, or a fast-turnaround AI-powered 1080P video for +$200.
