FLOOR PLAN PRICING & WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Measured on site and delivered within 24 hours: $210 +GST within 1,500 sq ft of living area (7¢ per sq ft over), or $240 +GST with a Matterport 3D tour. 3D floor plans are +$100 per floor; colour versions on request.

Every plan comes as a high-resolution JPG and a vector PDF, with room dimensions, per-floor area and ceiling heights, living area and extra area (decks, garage, porch) listed separately, and a How We Measure diagram showing exactly what was counted. A version with your name and brokerage header is included on request.
